One Reddit user by the username Nayfunn has posted a short clip of Branli and Mimo’s Test Flight minigame onEventide Island, showing the use of the steering stick device can earn a lot of rupees. The post explains that once the player is in flight, players can attach the steering stick and guide the glider to the center goal with greater accuracy. Usually, if gamers land in the center ring they’ll be rewarded with 100 rupees, but if Link manages to land within 1 meter of the exact center, Branli and Mimo will reward the player a Gold Rupee worth 300 rupees for an initial 20 rupee investment.

Nayfunn does note that the steering stick trick only works once the glider is in the air, but at the time of writing, the post has received 1.4k upvotes, with most players responding positively to this new tip. Many seem to have assumed that the developers would have programmed the game to not allow the use of additional items, but it seems this is not the case with Branli and Mimo’s Test Flight. This exploit can certainly come in handy when it comes to spending money, asTears of the Kingdomhas a costly armor upgrade system.

The steering stick exploit isn’t the only trick that can be utilized in Link’s latest adventure. One player has recently discovered aglitch withinTears of the Kingdomthat can quickly kill enemiesthat can be activated by using a combination of timing and math, and while it cannot be performed on some of the game’s bosses, players can take down some of the toughest enemies. The quick kill glitch and the latest way to accumulate rupees in Branli and Mimo’s Test Flight are just the latest examples of Nintendo encouraging players to explore what is possible inTears of the Kingdom.
