Double Fine, the developer ofBrutal Legendand thewell-reviewedPsychonauts 2, announced on Twitter that Schafer would be participating in matches throughout today in honor of the game’s 14th anniversary. In a follow-up post, Double Fine tweeted that fans should keep an eye on social media to know the times when Schafer would be playing for a chance to match with him. The event, dubbed Rocktober 13, will give completionists and anyone interested in the achievement a chance to earn the reward by going up against Schafer himself.

While this achievement can be earned at any time throughout the year, fans are excited because it is not every day that they have the chance to go up and test their skills against the game’s director himself. For Schafer’s part, he Tweeted that players after the achievement have a good chance of getting it if matched with him as he usually wins “one match a year.”

Of course, with the announcement of this event, fans started to wonder if there was any news regarding aBrutal Legendsequel.
