While Xbox will likely announce another handful of games in the coming days, the pressure is on for that line-up to be special, and the following games could achieve that.

Naturally, fans have wanted to seeElden Ringon Xbox Game Passfor quite a while now, and with the highly anticipated Shadow of the Erdtree DLC expansion dropping at the end of the month, there’s never been a better time for Xbox to pull the trigger. According to the latest rumors,Elden Ring’s Shadow of the Erdtree DLC could offer another 30+ hours of content, but that content won’t come cheap, with the DLC retailing for $40. Having the base game available for no extra cost on Game Pass would definitely help to offset the loftier cost of the DLC.
Xbox Game Pass New Game for June 2024: Assassin’s Creed Mirage
TheAssassin’s Creedseries has always been a staple of Xbox Game Pass, with various entries coming and going since the service’s launch back in 2017. Most recently, UbisoftaddedAssassin’s Creed Valhallato Xbox Game Pass, the latest RPG entry in the franchise, but not the latest entry overall. Released back in October of last year,Assassin’s Creed Mirageoffers a smaller-scale experience that hearkens back to the series' more stealth-focused roots. Though it was far from perfect, many fans felt as thoughAssassin’s Creed Miragewas a big step in the right direction, and it would be great to see it get more love via Game Pass.
Xbox Game Pass New Game for June 2024: Neon White
One of the more overshadowed Indie games from 2022,Neon Whiteis a first-person shooter witha platform-puzzler twist. Each level inNeon Whitewill see players dash through an environment, picking up weapon and ability cards, and blasting demons away with them as quickly as possible. Back in June 2023,Neon Whitewas announced to be coming to Xbox Game Pass, but for some unknown reason, it never arrived. But it’s about time it did.
Xbox Game Pass New Game for June 2024: Balatro
The breakout Indie hit of the year so far,Balatrois a deck-builderthat sees players compete in poker-like games. This twist here, though, is thatBalatrois also a roguelike, meaning that players can upgrade their deck after each run, and add various items to their cards that improve their chances. Though it’s earned quite the following already,Balatrocould still use an injection of mainstream popularity, and an Xbox Game Pass release could do just that.
