The superstar mode is restricted to the chosen wrestler, and they can’t simulate matches, but players can still create the rivalries they want.

Superstar Universe Rivalries
After the first match in the Superstar Universe, players will have access to theCuration Menu. The menu allows players to create rivalries, create championship matches, create a new tag team, disband, move to another show, or fight inthe Royal Rumble, WrestleMania, and Money in the Bank.

The player must get their chosen superstar’s momentum advantage in the rivalry. Creating the first rivalry will also trigger theBattle of RivalsTrophy/Achievement inWWE 2K23.
Adding Enemies
Players can add up to five enemies to theirWWE Superstar’sUniverse mode. This will set up matches on shows and build toward new rivalries.
Rivalries In Classic Universe
The Classic Universe mode is similar to the Superstar Universe, except players have total control over every match. They can change the participants in a show, assign custom matches, play or simulate any contest, and create rivalries. To create a rivalry in the Classic Universe mode, use the following steps:
