World of Warcraftjust revealed the Armored Bloodwing as the Prime Gaming reward for November 2023. Players with a subscription to Amazon Prime can collect this classicWorld of Warcraftmount for free with the click of a button.
Each month this year,World of Warcrafthas been teaming up with Prime Gamingto give players some awesome free rewards. Most of these items have been discontinued cosmetics from the Trading Card Game, the Refer-a-Friend program, or other limited-edition collectibles.
Now,World of Warcrafthas revealed its latest giveaway through Amazon Prime. From now through November 28, players with a Prime subscription can claim the Armored Bloodwing–a fearsome bat mount featuring glowing, spiked red armor. Like previous promotions, players without a subscription can still claim this reward while on a free trial of Amazon Prime, after which it will be permanentlyunlocked for all of theirWorld of Warcraftcharacters.
The Armored Bloodwing is a historic mount inWorld of Warcraft. First available via the in-game store in 2013, this giant bat was the fifth mount to be available for real money. The mount was sold at a discount one last time in 2018, after which it was retired, and was made unavailable for nearly five years. While it may not be one of therarest mounts inWorld of Warcraft, having one was often the mark of a veteran player.
ManyWorld of Warcraftfans are excited to get their hands on the Armored Bloodwing. Despite being commonly used by both Forsaken and Trolls, giant bat mounts are strikingly uncommon in the game, with most being either rare drops, costly investments, or limited-time promotions. With the Armored Bloodwing, vampire, Troll, andForsaken fans inWorld of Warcraftcan finally match their characters with the perfect mount easier than ever before.
World of Warcraftfans looking for more exclusive stuff probably won’t have to wait long. Once this current Prime Gaming offer is over,World of Warcraftwill almost certainly begin a new one. Additionally, the 12-month subscription reward will probably be revealed in early November, with the 6-month subscription reward expected next January. Were that not enough, Patch 10.2, Guardians of the Dream, comes toWorld of Warcrafton November 7. While it hasn’t revealed anything yet, most of the majorWorld of Warcraftcontent updates this year have had Twitch Drop campaigns run alongside them, so players shouldn’t be surprised if Guardians of the Dream follows suit with a new cosmetic to collect.
