Fist weapons feature heavily inWarframe, allowing players to beat their enemies up as they navigate through dungeons and large open-worlds collecting resources and completing objectives. However, not all fist weapons are made the same with some providing higher base stats than others. Players will want to collect the best fist weapons they can find to play how they want even on higher-leveled missions.Warframeis agame with great PvE multiplayerand is much more enjoyable to players when they use weapons that they like.

7Ankyros

Not only the worst fist weapon but the worst melee weapon in the whole ofWarframe, Ankyros is the perfect definition of “mastery fodder”, ie a weapon players only used to gain Mastery Affinity. The Ankyros has low base damage (90) with primarily Impact damage.

Players may enjoy the high attack speed while using the Ankyros, but they should avoid aWarframebeginner mistakeof getting attached to bad weapons, and move onto better fist weapons as soon as they can. The Ankyros is a requisite for both the Ripkas and the Tekko, so players will have to build it at least twice.

6Furax

While almost as disappointing as the Ankyros, the Furax is slightly better than this weapon but still falls into the realm of being a Mastery Fodder weapon that players won’t want to use forspeedy ninja battlesin late-game missions.

The Furax requires the player to have attained Mastery Rank 5 and can be bought from the market, making it easily accessible for all players. Players should move onto a better fist weapon as soon as they can, but keep the Furax handy to use it to build the Knux weapon.

5MK1-Furax

Surprisingly, the MK1-Furax is better than its newer variant, which is something no other weapon types have done before in the game. The MK1-Furax is likely to be the first fist weapon that players come across, but it’s advised to get the mastery for this and then discard in favor of a better fist weapon. The fist weapons are some ofWarframe’s best melee weapon types, but the MK1-Furax is a disappointing example of this.

The MK1-Furax can be bought without a blueprint from the market and doesn’t require a Mastery rank. It has Vazarin polarity allowing players to use the Gaia’s Tragedy and Seismic Palm.

4Tekko

The Tekko is the first example of a decentWarframefist weapon that can be used in medium difficulty missions in the latter planets on the Star Chart. They are also Atlas' signature weapon, making them ideal for players who favor Atlas due to the higher status chance mixing thisWarframeand weapon grants the player. The Tekko may not be useful forWarframe’sSteel Path, but it is useful even on later mission in the original Star Chart.

The Tekko can be bought from the market making it accessible to players and its Vazarin default polarity makes it ideal for mixing with the Gaia’s Tragedy and Seismic Palm stances, Players should look to move on from the Tekko after a while, as there are better fist weapons to spend Forma and Orokin Catalysts on.

3Furax Wraith

The Furax Wraith is the best variant of the Furax weapon family, and is a pretty decent fist weapon that players can use even on higher-leveled missions. It has heightened critical stats and increased Combo Count, and like all fist weapons deals Impact damage.

The Furax Wraith can be obtained from Tier 5 Cetus bounties. The components and blueprint can all be traded and when the Dog Days event happens they can be purchased with Nakak Pearls. The multiple ways to acquire this weapon means that players can expect to use them at some point.

2Ankyros Prime

The Primed version of the Ankyros, this weapon enjoys much higher base stats meaning it is faster and stronger. The Ankyros Prime is the second best fist weapon in the game, so players should definitely look to acquire this when they can. UsingWarframe’sbeginner modscan make this weapon even more powerful.

The Ankyros Prime has an Unairu stance polarity meaning players can use the Fracturing Wind stance mod. It also has two innate Madurai polarities on base meaning more mods can be used for less cost.

1Tekko Prime

The Tekko Prime is the best fist weapon inWarframeand is a very strong melee weapon overall. Unlike the other fist weapons, this weapon deals Slash damage rather than Impact. It has Vazarin stance polarity, so it can be used with the Gaia’s Tragedy and Seismic Palm stances, and it has two Madurai polarities in the mod slots. Mixing this with one ofWarframe’sbest shotgunsleads to a powerful build.

Players can acquire the Tekko Prime by doing Void Relic missions. As players will know many of the void relics available are vaulted or unvaulted on rotation throughout the year, so depending on when players are trying to obtain these they may not have the means to acquire the weapon if it is vaulted.
