Red Dead Redemption 2is considered by many to be one of the most impressive and immersive open-world games ever made. With memorable NPCs to visit, beautiful scenery to traverse and explore, and great music to accompany it all,Red Dead Redemption 2is one of the most ambitious games to be made in recent years. Though, given the size and scale of the game, a lot of technical problems can easily slip through the cracks.
As is the case with most AAA video games, the occasional glitch tends to occur from time to time. While the glitches inRed Dead Onlinemay not be on the same scale or frequency as the ones inCyberpunk 2077, they can still occur with a big impact on the player.

AReddituser by the name of BrexitNPork posted aRed Dead Onlineclip where upon shooting an enemy NPC, it stumbled around for a solid five seconds before finally collapsing onto the ground. What’s interesting is that the NPC wasn’t shot in its side and didn’t appear to be all that damaged beforehand, making the death weirdly drawn out and almost dramatic.
It makes more sense that something like thisoccurred onRed Dead Online. Given how much maintenance is needed in terms of the online servers, as well as new content updates always releasing for the game every so often, it’s more understandable that something weird like this would happen during active gameplay.
It will be interesting to see what the future holds forRed Dead Redemption. The second installment made a tremendous impact on the gaming community, but there hasn’t been any additional news regarding any further developments from Rockstar Games.Grand Theft Auto 6has only been rumored to be in development, and as of right now there hasn’t been any word from Rockstar confirming or denying its existence.
However, it makes one wonder what else Rockstar has in store in terms ofRed Dead Redemption. It’s unlikely a newRed Deadinstallment will release so soon after the launch ofRed Dead Redemption 2. While there have beenrumors about a remake ofRed Dead Redemptionin the works, there’s no way to confirm the supposed development. Many fans would surely enjoy replaying the first game with the same level of detail and graphical polish that’s featured inRed Dead Redemption 2.
Red Dead Redemption 2is available now for PC, PS4, Stadia, and Xbox One.
