WithThe Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrimbeing 10 years old, it’s safe to say many didn’t expect the game to last this long. Yet, with theSkyrimAnniversary Edition just coming out, it seems that developer Bethesda want to keep the epic RPG in the public eye, especially as this build celebrates a momentous occasion, which not many other games can say they get the opportunity to do. There have been a number of issues with this version, but it looks as though a patch will be rolling out at some point next week.

According to a report, Bethesda, as well as being aware of the glitch inSkyrimwhich freezes the game on a black screen, made a promise that it would work on a fix as soon as. Fans first noticed theblack screen glitch in the Anniversary Editionalmost immediately upon release, with it being caused by this build running scripts much faster than usual. It’s also not the only issue that seems to be affecting the game. PlayStation users have been reporting another bug which fires up a message on the PS4 saying that players need to free up “0 kB on the system storage,” something which is apparently very reminiscent of an older glitch which basically said the same thing. Again, Bethesda has said that it is aware of this 0 kB bug, and the upcoming patch should resolve this, as well as any other problems that cause the game to crash.

Whether it’s the Anniversary Edition or previous iterations,Skyrimis one of the biggest open world games, with hours upon hours of story and content. This latest version only adds to that by including a slew of Creation Club add-ons and mods, as well as implementing a fishing mini-game.
