Previously, fans saw the power of Mirio against Shigaraki and, against all odds, she was able to inflict some damage on him. She also weakened him to quite an extent and pushed him to a point where he was forced to use his final form.
This week, the fight continues with Shigaraki moving closer to his limit and the Heroes continuing their assault. Evidently, both sides seem to be weakening andMy Hero Academia366 set the stage for what appears to be the final part of the arc. With Mirio taking the center stage in this chapter, the time was ripe for Deku to arrive and save the day.

Shigaraki’s Final Form
My Hero Academia366 saw Shigaraki push himself to his very limit. Thanks to Erasure, He was kept from using his disintegrating powers and was restricted to quite a great degree. This made it easier for the Heroes to subdue him and weaken him eventually. While he didn’t take damage for quite a long time, the previous chapter confirmed that Mirko’s attacks were slowly working on him and doing quite a number on his body. Shigaraki was then forced to enter a new state. InMy Hero Academia 366,fans saw his final formwhich looked as if he was being protected by many hands that covered his body.
Along with this, he also grew a giant arm which was made up of his dead family members. He attacked Mirko with this hand and the Heroes looked even more desperate than they were before. Stopping Shigaraki for even a few seconds seemed way too hard and it was all up to Mirio to pull this off. According toBest Jeanist’s observation, Shigaraki’s new form made him even more dangerous and gave him an extra defensive layer. This form was described to be his final one and sees him at the pinnacle of his strength.
Mirio’s Predicament
My Hero Academia 366saw Mirio take the center stage and play quite an important role in holding down Shigaraki all by himself. Undoubtedly, Mirio is extremely powerful and can face off against even some of the strongest villains. However, she got Rocky was far superior to him and that’s something that Mirio acknowledged himself as well. Even though they didn’t have to stop him for more than two seconds, Mirio was aware of the fact that the task was simply impossible given the level of strength that he possessed. Yet, as all Heroes do, Mirio fought with everything that he had and managed to pull off the impossible. His personality has always been cheerful and he always saves people with a smile on his face.

Sir Nighteye saw his future before he eventually ended up dying and confirmed that he would become a finer Hero than anyone. Using his words as his motivation, Mirio pulled off an incredibly bizarre technique where he used his butt to distract Shigaraki. While normal attacks certainly wouldn’t have worked on him, this gave Mirio a unique opening. It proved to be enough to delay him and save the day. Once again, Mirio ended up becoming a savior and, though his method was bizarre, it ended up doing the job perfectly well.
Deku’s Arrival
With Mirio buying enough time, the Heroes succeeded in their goal to a certain extent. Shigaraki was successfully startled by Mirio’s bizarre technique and was completely caught off guard moments later when Deku slung into action. Using his Black Whip quirk and the power of One For All, fans sawDeku deliver a mighty powerful blowon Shigaraki who was sent flying with tremendous force. Finally, the savior in Deku has now jumped on the scene and it is up to him to put an end to Shigaraki.
With the Heroes having done their part and having held him off for as long as they possibly could, all of them are at their limit. Nonetheless, they fared incredibly well against a foe that should normally be out of their league completely. Their teamwork has been absolutely brilliant and is the reason why the hero society is still standing today. Now, it is all up to Deku too to use the power of One For All and fightShigaraki to the best of his abilities.
The next few chapters ofMy Hero Academiaare certainly going to be quite intense, with focus specifically thrown on Deku’s fight against a Shigaraki andAll For One’s clash against Endeavorand Hawks. At the same time, Bakugo could also come into play very soon. After seeing his condition, Deku is sure to get enraged and unleash his powers to the very fullest. It looks like the Final War arc ofMy Hero Academiais getting more intense by the chapter and fans are sure to enjoy what’s up next for them.
