4Red Hulk Couldn’t Stand Working With Spider-Man
General Thunderbolt Ross' rebirth as avicious, red-skinned Avengerquickly proved to be one of the more bizarre long-running arcs inThe Incredible Hulkmythos. Often depicted as a harsh, borderline villain, Ross' new life as Red Hulk saw him turn over a slightly more heroic leaf.
During their time together on The Avengers roster, Ross and Parker did not see eye to eye at all, with the grizzled former General taking issue with both Spidey’s attitude and approach to combat. Needlessly rough with the wall-crawler both when fighting side-by-side with him and when traveling on the quick,Red Hulk’s behaviorensured the disdain between the pair was more than mutual. While there haven’t been a lot of interactions between these two mismatched figures, the few readers have been treated to so far confirm this is not going to be a new budding friendship any time soon.
3The Punisher And Spider-Man Have Butted Heads Many Times
Marvel’s most bloodthirsty vigilante doesn’t appear to like any heroes beyond Captain America, who he famously refused to throw hands with duringCivil War. One crimefighter who seems to grind his gears more than most is none other than Spider-Man.

2Cyclops Attempted To Blast Spider-Man
The iconic X-Man has most famously butted heads with Wolverine over the years, but the clawed cigar chomper is far from the only Marvel hero to take issue with Scott Summers. For Spider-Man, getting on Cyclops' nerves nearly cost him his life.
During a team-up with Cyclops and Wolverine, Spidey’s blast-dodging movements led to Summers getting hurt and, in a fit of rage, aiming his devastating optics blasts at Queens' number one hero. Considering the level of damage the fearsome X-Man’s blasts can do, his outburst here could’ve gone so far as to kill the wall-crawler had things gone any worse. While there are no other interactions between the pair as extreme as this one, the fact that Cyclops went all out in attacking Peter Parker makes this one of the more shocking examples of a hero taking issue with the web-slinger.
