Lyney, a Pyro bow user, was the first five-star character released from Fontaine,Genshin Impact’sfifth region. A stage magician and natural performer, much of Lyney’s kit revolves around magic tricks and classic circus imagery. He joins his sister, Lynette, in being not only the first characters to be playable from Fontaine, but as the representatives of Fontaine’s preview back in 2020.
RELATED:Lynette Ascension Materials
Those looking to ascend him and upgrade his talents will, of course, need to gather the right materials from around Teyvat. This will require some time spent in Fontaine, but some of his other items can be found elsewhere, too. Here’s a complete guide to all the Lyney materials to bring him up to his full potential.

Of the three characters introduced in Fontaine’s first patch, Lyney,Lynette, andFreminet, Lyney is the only one who uses an enemy drop that can be found outside of Fontaine: Fatui Insignias. Local Specialty - Rainbow Rose Locations
