Summary
Jujutsu Kaisenis getting more intense with each passing chapter and it is clear for the fans to see that the manga is edging closer to its end now. The author has already commented on the fact that he intends for the story to wrap up this year and that only means that the upcoming fights of the story are the very last ones.
At the moment, Sukuna is fighting his battle against Yuta and Yuji and although it might not look like it at the moment, it could very well be his last fight. The duo of Yuta and Yuji is clearly very powerful and they could, together, be the ones to put an end to the King of Curses for good. Given the power of Yuta Domain expansion and Yuji’s incredible power to distort souls, this task that was once thought to be mammoth certainly looks achievable now.
Sukuna Vs Yuta And Yuji
The incredible battle between the duo of Yuta and Yuji and Sukuna is well underway and fans have been thoroughly enjoying this incredible clash. Yuta is the main danger for Sukuna at the moment, given that his domain expansion has been causing him all sorts of trouble. Yuta was previously senton a mission to kill Kenjaku, first of all. He achieved this task without much problem, thanks to Takaba’s brilliant effort against the most heinous sorcerer of all time. Kenjaku was then decapitated by Yuta and, later, Rika was the one who subdued all the curses that escaped Geto’s body. After that, Yuta used his sword to stab Kenjaku right in the head, effectively killing him for good.
Before that could happen, however, Kenjaku added a rule to the Culling Game which simply gave Megumi the power to begin the merger itself. At the same time, Tengen was also transferred over to Sukuna, which made the finale of this arc all the more interesting. Immediately after, Yuta left for the main battlefield and arrived just in time, as Higuruma fell. Joining forces with Yuji, it was clear that these two would now fight together and cause all sorts of problems for the King of Curses, Sukuna.
Yuta’s Domain Expansion
As soon as Yuta joined the battle, he wasted absolutely no time engaging in combat with Sukuna. Fans saw the two exchange some blows, and it was clear to the King of Curses that he was no pushover. Yuta then proceeded to open his domain, and this decision of his was largely driven by his regret of not being on the battlefield to defend his comrades earlier. Regardless, Yuta knew that he could not waste any more time and that is precisely why he went right into his domain and dragged Sukuna inside with him. Inside his domain, Yuta caused all sorts of problems for Sukuna and continues to do so. Essentially, his copying ability is at the very maximum inside the domain expansion.
Simply put,Yuta can assign the sure hit ability of his domain to one of his copied techniques.All the others manifest themselves as the many swords inside his domain expansion, to be used one time, however, infinitely in the sense that they keep on reappearing in the swords. Yuta has been causing Sukuna all sorts of trouble and this is largely due to the fact that he has copied many dangerous abilities, such as Jacob’s Ladder, Sky Manipulation, the ability to see the future, and of course, even powers such as Cursed Speech. In fact, Sukuna has consistently been on the back foot inside Yuta’s domain and it is clear for the fans to see that this battle is not easy for him to win. Sukuna is effectively on the back foot now and that will continue to be the case as this fight continues.
The Way To Defeat Sukuna
The way to defeat Sukuna right now is clear. First and foremost, Yuta is already keeping two of his hands busy. Sukuna is consistently using Hollow Wicker Basket in this battle because if he doesn’t, then Yuta can utilize Jacob’s Ladder on him, and effectively cleanse the cursed object from Megumi’s body, ending this bastard for good. As a result, he knows that he cannot stop using Hollow Wicker Basket for even a second. This effectively weakens Sukuna already.
Then, Yuta has made sure to use his many copied cursed techniques to land powerful blows on Sukuna. These techniques are very strong and even the King of Curses cannot resist them all. In fact, these also include Sukuna’s very own technique to Cleave and Dismantle his enemies.
All this is simply to create an opening for Yuji to land powerful blows. As confirmed by Sukuna himself,Yuji can shake the soul of his enemies with his blows.The more Yuji hits Sukuna, the lower his energy output becomes, and this weakens his control over Megumi’s body. As Yuji will continue to do that, one can expect Sukuna to finally weaken to a point where Megumi might start fighting back. Once that happens, it will be time for Yuta to utilize the power of Jacob’s Ladder and when that happens, the cursed object inside Megumi will finally be exorcized, which would then separate Sukuna from Megumi. This battle looks like it is going to be difficult for the protagonist duo, however, it is one that they can definitely win with a bit of luck.
Will Sukuna Lose To Yuta And Yuji?
The question as to whether Sukuna will lose to the duo of Yuta and Yujiis a difficult one to answer. For one, Sukuna has defeated nearly everyone that he has been up against in combat, and even against Yuta and Yuji, he’s putting up a great fight. In fact, it has already been stated by Yuta that his reverse cursed technique output is slowly returning and that he will also be able to utilize his domain expansion soon. This in itself is an indication of the fact that Sukuna will be back to full strength very soon and when that happens, he will cause all sorts of problems for these two.
The fight between these individuals will not go as has been explained by the author. However, that certainly doesn’t mean that these two cannot win.Yuta and Yuji are the most important next-generation charactersin Jujutsu Kaisen, and if anyone can defeat Sukuna, it is them. Perhaps, Yuta might have to sacrifice himself in this battle so that Yuji can land the telling blows. However, regardless of what he does, this battle is most definitely going to be won by the duo. Sukuna might be strong, however, when pitted against these two powerful fighters, especially in an already nerfed state, victory is surely possible. All that Yuta and Yuji have to do is to wait for the perfect opportunity to separate Megumi from Sukuna and then win the battle.
