How To Get The Wings Of Icarus
The Wings of Icarus are an item of theEpic raritythat can befound within random chest loot.Specifically, players will be able tofind the Wings of Icarus within Olympus Chests and Underworld Chests,located around Mount Olympus and The Underworld POIsrespectively, as these season-related chests will guarantee a drop of the Wings of Icarusand sweet XP. Whilst they are not exactly common, keep opening chests and one will eventually pop out.
Another way for players toobtain the Wings of Icarus is by purchasing one from Skye, the NPC, who islocated at Catcher’s Cove, found north of Classy Courts. How To Use The Wings Of Icarus
Soar through the skies or Divebomb your enemies with these majestic wings. Beware: you can’t fly forever; taking too much damage may lead to a crash landing.
Upon picking up a fresh set of the Wings of Icarus, players willhave a charge of 300 that does not recharge over time, so players will need to find new Wings of Icarus if their charge runs out. It’s also worth noting thatif players are shot out of the sky, they will tumble to the ground, but not take fall damage, andrunning out of charge in the air will see them float towards the groundgently.Upon landing with 0 charges, the Wings of Icarus disappear. There is a visual reference for the damage to the wings based on their deterioration.
To use the wings, players simply need to equip them in their weapon slots, and then a set of wings will replace their Back Bling. With the Wings of Icarus equipped, players canhit R2/Left-Click to Take Flight, which will have them burst into the air to fly with their winds expanded.
