Fans ofHi-Fi Rushwill be interested to know that the rhythm action game may be getting some new content, according to some additional achievements that might be inbound. While directorShinji Mikami is known for making horror games, playing a pivotal role in the early days ofResident Evil, his studio Tango Gameworks decided to go in a slightly different direction by releasing a music-based platformer with Saturday morning cartoon vibes.
Hi-Fi Rushbecame the surprise hit of 2023when it dropped in January, particularly as publisher Bethesda didn’t promote the game in the run-up to its release. Its blend of smooth action and comic violence, not to mention that toe-tapping soundtrack, was a breath of fresh air in an industry packed with gritty shooters and remakes of old titles. While there doesn’t seem to be much happening with the game at the moment, there may be something on the horizon.
