The game publisher and developer Coffee Stain Studios has revealed an interesting, and most of all hilarious, crossover with the upcomingGoat Simulator 3and Epic Games' flagship gameFortnite. According to a new trailer,Goat Simulator 3pre-orders in the Epic Games Store will receive a unique goat skin inFortnite. The game is set to release on November 17, and it is available for pre-order right now.
The originalGoat Simulator, released in 2014, is an action-packed third-person simulator that is based on chaotic goats and the mayhem they can cause. While the game carries the name simulator, is most definitely not a close real-world representation of these calm and mild-mannered grass-eating creatures. The main attraction of the game is the ragdoll physics that allows the goats to play pranks on people, destroy environments, and fling humans about.Goat Simulator 3is planning on bringing this back with even more vigor and variety, as revealed in theGamescomGoat Simulator 3trailer.

Coffee Stain is known for itsfunnyGoat Simulatortrailersand pranks, and this one is no different. The absolutely hilarious trailer portrays the protagonist inGoat Simulator, Pilgor, training for a new challenge. Likely the main character in the upcomingGoat Simulator 3as well, Pilgor takes on lifting barrels, running on a treadmill, and building a cybernetic gaming chair in aRocky-worthy montage. The end goal of said efforts is to prepare Pilgor for its first battle royale experience. As the title “Pilgor’s battle royale debut” suggests, the goat plans on becoming the GOAT ofFortniteby using aMatrix-like goat-to-PC interface.
As Pilgor attaches the cybernetic gaming chair straight to its brain,Fortnitelaunches on the desktop computer with a new gray goat skin. This hybrid goat-human chimera has a humanoid body with a goat’s head, with the tongue hanging, the ear tag, and everything. The trailer finishes with areminder about theGoat Simulator 3release dateand an offer for pre-ordering. Each pre-order on Epic Games Store will receive the Pilgor-lookalike ‘A Goat’ outfit inFortnite.
For the uninitiated,Goat Simulator 3is in fact the successor to the originalGoat Simulator. The company’s employees gavea plethora of funny reasons whyGoat Simulatoris skipping the number two. Those included having three goats on the box art to not realizing that there never was aGoat Simulator 2. Considering the absurd comedy of the game and accompanying content, it’s fairly safe to say that it was likely a prank.
