In this version of Forge Realm’s Temper, there are a total of four stages, each with different challenge rules that provide different buffs under specific conditions. Additionally, the challenges feature a variety of opponent monster cards, each assigned with different points. By defeating each enemy, players can accumulate points over a total of 5 rounds (except for the first challenge being 4 rounds). As soon as a monster is defeated, a new one replaces it, resulting in an endless swarm for players to continuously face and defeat as many monsters as possible. At the end of the 5 rounds, players will receive Lucky Coins as rewards based on their point bracket. Accumulating 1000 points will reward 1000 coins while achieving 2000 and 3000 points will reward 500 coins each, totaling up to a staggering 2000 Lucky Coins per stage if players reach 3000 points.
I - Ringed Frosting Stage
While only consists of 4 rounds unlike the others, the first stage of the challenge is relatively easier compared to the later stages due to the beneficial special rules that apply to almost any team composition, especially those focused on dealing significant elemental damage. However, since the stages feature Hydro and Electro Abyss Mages, as well as Electro and Hydro Slimes, players are advised to utilize characters from other elements such as Pyro, Cryo, or Dendro. If players choose to focus on single targets, consider prioritize defeating the Abyss Mages since they provide more than double the points compared to a slime, despite taking longer to defeat due to their shielding abilities.
Furthermore, Anemo characters can be highly effective as they are capable of Swirling and spreading elements among other opponents, consistently triggering Elemental Reaction damage and generating Omni Element Dice. This forces opponents to constantly switch characters in order to swirl the applied elements repeatedly. Characters like Jean, Maguu Kenki, or Kazuha can be particularly useful in this stage.

II - Echoing Destruction Stage
Unlike the previous stage, Echoing Destruction features stronger opponents that are worth more points. Simply defeating each opponent once is sufficient to acquire the maximum required points. Although the first special rule may not seem significant initially, as the opponents enter the field one at a time, it can provide some utility by applying different elements when the second character enters. However, the second special rule offers even greater utility, as it allows players to use one less die for their first combat action.
With these considerations in mind, players can benefit significantly from team compositions that include 2 or 3 different elements, allowing for quick swapping between characters. Additionally, since opponents enter the field one at a time, players can adopt a single-target approach. Defeating the Abyss Lector as quickly as possible is crucial, as he possesses healing abilities, and overcoming him early on provides a significant advantage to the team. It is important to note that all enemies pack a powerful punch, sohaving a healing characteron the team can prove highly effective. For instance, a team composition featuring Yae Miko, Sangonomiya Kokomi, and Nahida can serve as an excellent counter against these opponents.

III - Fungal Frenzy Stage
This challenge involves Hilichurls and Fungi, creating a stage with weaker but numerous enemies. The special rules are more specific, favoring teams thatexcel with Charged Attacks. Furthermore, having Weapon and Artifact cards at hand can provide benefits to the team, as characters equipped with these cards can utilize their skills without consuming a die once per turn. By equipping characters with these cards prior to using their skills, players can effectively manage their dice usage and gain a strategic advantage.
In this stage, as the enemies appear in groups of three, decks that excel at dealing AoE damage can be advantageous. For instance, Keqing’s Elemental Burst has the potential to strike multiple enemies simultaneously, particularly when paired with an elemental reaction like Electro-Charged, which consistently inflicts damage over time. Furthermore, since Charged Attacks are beneficial, players may also consider utilizing characters such as Klee orYanfei, who receive additional bonuseswhen using Charged Attacks.

IV - Rapid Hexes
In the Rapid Hexes challenge, players gain advantages by swiftly defeating opponents, preferably with different characters, as each defeated opponent stacks additional damage. Furthermore, the use of equipment cards is once again encouraged, as equipping them becomes free once per round. Therefore, players may want to consider equipping only one equipment card at a time forefficient dice managementwhile empowering their characters.
In this instance, there will only be two opponents on the field at the same time, which slows down the process of obtaining stacks through fast killing. Therefore, players do not necessarily need to focus on AoE decks and may instead prioritize quick single-target hits that can one-shot enemies. As a result, players will benefit more from characters that do not heavily rely on summons to deal the majority of the damage at the end of the turn but rather rely on significant burst damage or access toElemental Reactions such as Vaporize. Hu Tao, in this sense, may be an excellent character to consider.
