Dendro Archon shared several revelations about the Traveler and their sibling during the Sumeru storyline, so Focalors may be another important source of insight in the main story. Tartaglia appears near the end of the reveal trailer using an Electro Delusion instead of his Hydro Vision. Tartaglia was last seen using the Electro Delusion against the Traveler duringthe “Enter the Golden House” boss fight in Liyue. SomeGenshin Impactfans believe Tartaglia’s Hydro Vision may have been taken away or sealed, resulting in the use of the Electro Delusion. Although the Electro Delusion is extremely powerful, its use will greatly drain Tartaglia’s vitality.
Since Fontaine is themed after legal systems and the pursuit of justice, someGenshin Impactplayers believe some areas of Fontaine may restrict Visions in order to promote safety during court proceedings. However, other fans believe Vision restrictions may be used maliciously against the Traveler and Tartaglia inGenshin ImpactVersion 4.0. HoYoverse didn’t share any details about Tartaglia’s reappearance, but the activation of the Electro Delusion could imply that a major battle will take place within Fontaine’s main city.
