The second banner ofGenshin ImpactVersion 2.3 will bring two brand new characters, the long-awaited Arataki Itto and Gorou. Both of these characters are confirmed to have a Geo Vision.
ThisGenshin Impactupdate has introduced the first double-banner to the game which allowed players to pull for Eula and Albedo at the same time. The three four-star characters were shared between the two banners.

A recent tweet by a credibleGenshin Impactleaker named SaveYourPrimos has apparently revealed which weapons will be featured on the upcoming double banner. There will be somestrong weapon choicesfor players who seek strong DPS or sub-DPS equipment. The banner will include the following weapons:
The Redhorn Stonethresher will be the main weapon for Arataki Itto as it provides Defense stats that scale with Itto’s damage. This witty character has quickly become a fan favorite thanks to his interesting appearance and goofy behavior. Itto will most likely be a DPS character considering that his ascension attribute is Critical Damage, which already gives him a head-start in the DPS scale against most characters. When it comes toItto’s Elemental Burst, it will provide a buff for a couple of seconds, similar to Razor’s or Beidou’s Elemental Burst. The buff will allow his Normal, Charged, and Plunged attack to deal Geo damage. The weapon Serpent Spine is a great and cheap alternative for players who won’t pull for the Redhorn Stonethresher.
Skyward Harm is surely one of, if not the strongest DPS bow inGenshin Impactsince it’s one of the rare items that have Crit Rate as their secondary stat. Critical Damage and Rate are usually the most desirable characters for most DPS characters. This weapon is a great fit for Childe who had another banner re-run in the previous update 2.3. Multiple rumors have been hinting that one of thestrongest DPS characters in the game, Ganyu, could receive a banner re-run in the next update and this weapon would be a perfect fit.
As for the remaining four-star weapons, Mitternachts Waltz and Favonius Lance would be consideredsolid four-star weapon pullsespecially if you need to build up their refinement levels. However, the banner will include the infamous claymore The Bell has become a sort of meme in theGenshin Impactcommunity since its use is very situational as it works only for certain sub-DPS characters.
