OneElden Ringfan has found a funny way to hitch a ride on one of the many wagons traversing the vast open world of the newFromSoftwaregame.
Reddit user DivineCrusader1097 recently posted anElden Ringclip in which they’re resting on the back of one of several Hauling Giant-led wagons roaming theRealm of the Lands. TheElden Ringfan passed three Undead Soldiers that first kneeled at a stone wall before they became aware of the presence of The Tarnished and stood to face them. Although the enemy Undead Soldiers are aggravated by theElden Ringplayer passing by, the wagon allows DivineCrusader1097 to continue their journey unscathed, making this a safe way to get around the open world.

SomeElden Ringplayers may be intimidated by the large Hauling Giants leading the wagons around the open world, but stopping the wagon is less challenging than it may seem.Elden Ringfans only have to attack the Hauling Giants briefly to stop the vehicles behind them rather than having to defeat them to gain the loot and souls. Instead of simply hitching a ride on the wagon, players will find a chest that may contain a powerful item on the back of the wagon behind where the DivineCrusader1097 performs one ofElden Ring’s gestures.
ManyElden Ringplayers who stop the Hauling Giant wagons intend to secure the chest in the back of the gothic cart or defeat the imposing beasts for their souls. These wagon chests typically contain the Great Axe which requires 30 Strength inElden Ring’s statsmenu to wield but is a powerful weapon for defeating creatures like the Hauling Giants. Players who are looking for more souls can choose to instead kill both of the Hauling Giants which reward a total of 2,000 souls per wagon.
Elden Ringfans that have already acquired Torrent may not see the purpose in taking the wagons around the open world, as the steed is a much more efficient mode of transport. Players who have already taken these wagons to their final destination have discovered that they often stop at Gatefront Ruins, but each of them features its own route. Some players that have already attainedElden RingTorrentmount may still use DivineCrusader1097’s wagon method in order to continue moving through the Real of the Lands while they’re away fromElden Ring.
