The upcoming titleForza Horizon 5is the next installment in theForza Horizonracing video game series, and it seems this new game hasn’t forgotten its roots. Just a few days away from the game’s launch,Forza Horizon 5’s loyalty rewards have been revealed. This new information confirms that gamers who played previousForza HorizonandForza Motorsporttitles will be rewarded with free cars.

Forza Horizon 5will take the action to the bright and sunny sands of Mexico, but it will also feature a variety of distinct biomes to race through in its massive map. The game will present players with detailed environments ranging from tropical coastlines to dense jungles, all of which change with the seasons. Gamers may want to keep an eye on which cars they use on which terrain, so expanding their garage early could be a real help.

Veteran fans will be able to gain access to the cover cars for pastForzatitles, includingForza Horizon’s 2013 Dodge Viper SRT GTS,Forza Motorsport 5’s 2013 McLaren P1,Forza Horizon 2’s 2014 Lamborghini Huracan LP 610-4,Forza Motorsport 6’s 2017 Ford GT,Forza Horizon 3’s 2016 Lamborghini Centenario LP 770-4,Forza Motorsport 7’s 2018 Porsche 911 GT2 RS, andForza Horizon 4’s 2018 McLaren Senna. Apparently, the corresponding car for each game a player has played will be automatically added to theirForza Horizon 5Garageafter they complete the initial drive.

These loyalty reward cars won’t have any upgrades, aren’t exclusive in any way, and are completely identical to the cars you can buy from the Autoshow. However, getting these cars free will saveForza Horizon 5players a good deal of money and give their Garage a boost from the very beginning. Getting a leg up on the competition could give players more time to exploreForza Horizon 5’s sprawling map.

As of writing, it appears thatForzafans have mixed feelings about this new information. While some fans are simply looking forward todriving fast cars around lush scenery inForza Horizon 5, others express fears that starting the game with a McLaren Senna will take away from the title’s sense of progression. Several users discussed their belief that newerForzagames often feel like the player starts with too much power, which makes it feel less like the player is building a rep and more like the player is just doing things.

Forza Horizon 5releases on November 9 for PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
