It’s worth pointing out that none of the players on this list will be completely free,as we have a separate list for that.
10Ryan Fredericks
Ryan Fredricks is an English right-back who currently plays for West Ham United. Fredricks began his career at Tottenham Hotspur and later played over 100 games for Fulham before joining the East-London side. Ryan Fredricks has excellent pace stats, along with solid Work Rate and Crossing, making him a great option for those looking for a winger or wing-back who can get to the byline and whip crosses into the box.
Fredricks isTransfer Listedby West Ham for $4.07m and is currently under contract until June 2022.

9Aaron Ramsey
Aaron Ramsey was once a shining light in Arsène Wenger’s Arsenal side, providing creativity and goals from the central midfield position. The Welshman was rewarded for his efforts with a huge contract offer from Italian side Juventus, which wasreported to earn him $534k per week!
Aaron Ramsey’s time at Juventus has, unfortunately, been underwhelming, and he startsFM22Transfer Listed for just $12.3m. Ramsey’s contract still has a couple of years left on it, so he’ll likely demand high wages. However, with some smart negotiation, it may be possible to get Juventus to pay a portion of them.

8Mykola Shaparenko
Unlike the previous two entries, Mykola Shaparenko does not startFootball Manager 22on the Transfer List, though the Ukrainian is unlikely to cost any more than $20.05m, which is a great deal considering hiscontract doesn’t expire until June 2025.

The 23-year-old currently plays for Dynamo Kyiv, and is comfortable playing in defensive midfield, central midfield, or attacking midfield, thanks to his well-rounded stats that give managers the chance to mold him into the role they require. With 15 Passing and Flair, Shaparenko begins the game best suited for a playmaking role, where he can express himself on the ball and dictate play.
7Dominik Livakovic
Like Mykola Shaparenko, Croatian Goalkeeper Dominik Livakovic doesn’t startFootball Manager 22on the Transfer List. However, with some tough negotiation, the player can be purchased for around $10.7m.
Livakovic is an old-school keeper with excellent Reflexes and One-on-One stats, though his Kicking and Passing attributes aren’t the best, which can be an issue for some modern managers who want to play out from the back.

6Andrew Omobamidele
Andrew Omobamidele also doesn’t start the game on the Transfer List, though he does start the game on the Loan List, giving managers the chance to try before they buy. Moreover, with some smart negotiation, managers can add an optional fee clause to ensure that they can buy the player when the loan expires.
Omobamidele is only likely to cost between $2.7m and $8m, which is fantastic value as the Norwich central defenderhas a ton of potential at just 19-years-old.

5Ruben Loftus-Cheek
Ruben Loftus-Cheek was once considered to be one of England’s most promising young talents, with comparisons to Yaya Toure and his former manager Frank Lampard putting huge expectations on his shoulders. Unfortunately, Loftus-Cheek has struggled to reach anywhere near those heights thus far and is currently finding it tough to a run of games for the London side.
Although Loftus-Cheek is unlikely to ever reach the heights that people once expected, he still has plenty to offer and begins the game Transfer Listed for just $13.4m.

4Thiago Almada
Thiago Almada is an Argentine winger and central attacking midfielder who currently plays for Vélez Sarsfield. The 20-year-old has well-rounded stats, particularly in regards to playmaking and goalscoring, that could see him become a frightening player to come up for evensome of the world’s top teams.

Thiago Almada isn’t Transfer Listed, though he’s only likely to cost around $6.7m with some careful negotiation. Almada’s contract expires in June 2023.
3Isco
It wasn’t that long ago that Isco was considered to be one of the best young players in the world. Isco signed for Real Madrid in 2013 amid interest from Manchester City and he initially looked to be a steal at $30.7m after hitting the ground running at the Spanish side.
Unfortunately, Isco’s playing time has been on a steady career ever since, to the point where, at what is supposed to be the peak of his career, the Spaniard is Transfer Listed for just $17.3m. Moreover, with Isco’s contract expiring in June 2022, it may be possible to get an even lower price for the playmaker.

Although Isco’s time at Real Madrid has been disappointing, it’s a story as old as time thata new cluband change of scenery can see a player recapture their best form, which makes Isco a tantalizing option.
2Dani Ceballos
From one struggling Real Madrid playmaker to another, Dani Ceballos joins teammate Isco on the Transfer List for a fee of just $10.4m. Dani Ceballos recently spent two years on loan at Arsenal, and fans of the London side were initially hoping that Madrid would one day sell the player to them.
However, things turned sour during Ceballos' second loan spell, where he struggled to string together a run of good games - or even string together passes for that matter. Still, Ceballos did show some signs of brilliance during his time inthe Premier Leagueand he may just be worth a punt for his exceptionally low price.

1Samuel Umtiti
Samuel Umtiti doesn’t startFootball Manager 22on the Transfer List, though it’s well-known that Barcelona is interested in cashing in on their central defender, particularly due to their current financial issues.
Umtiti has sadly had his promising career constantly halted by injuries, which have frequently seen him spend spells on the sidelines. This injury record does make Umtiti a risk, but it’s rare that a player with Umtiti’s stats is available for around $20m, which could make him a fantastic purchase if he can say injury-free.

Football Manager 22is out now for PC, Xbox, and Mobile.
