Possible Features And More
There were some rumors that have since been disproved, like a 2021 launch date, or ones that have now been confirmed, like Xbox exclusivity after Bethesda’s parent company Zenimax Media Inc was acquired by Microsoft. But many rumors are yet to be confirmed, like the image of a sketchbook that showed a curious watch with similar designs to the UIseen on other leakedStarfieldscreenshots. A real-life replica of a watch was also the subject of a collector’s edition rumor, as a keen-eyed viewer spotted it in a behind-the-scenes look atStarfield. Images of ship designs have also been floating around online, although it’s not clear yet what role ships will play in the game and if gamers will be able to control them or not.
Skullzi was again the source of someStarfieldimage leaks, as they shared shots of various interiors in a first-person view. While there have been a lot of screenshots shared and pictures claiming to show in-game aspects making the rounds, they haven’t actually shown anything particularly exciting or earth-shattering. Still, some fans are just happy to seeStarfieldin action, mostly just to prove that it’s in somewhat of a playable state. One element that did pique fan interest, however, was the leak that supposedly showed base-builder elements inStarfield, detailing what players might be able to get up to alongside their space exploration.
Someone who was apparentlya former Bethesda employeedid appear to criticize the engine thatStarfieldis using, and claimed that the flying “is terrible at the moment.” While this does raise a small red flag, players are hoping the developer still has time to smooth out some of these issues if they turn out to be true. There was also some recent speculation about aStarfieldMMO based on job postings for the developer and its associated companies, but as the game was not mentioned specifically – and only a new IP was referenced – it could be unrelated.
With theBethesda and Xbox showcasecoming up next month, players are hoping to hear and (more specifically) see more ofStarfieldso that some of these questions can be answered.
