ThoughCall of Duty: Warzonehas seen its fair share of issues in recent months, Raven Software recently pleased some fans with the addition of a special Easter event. However, it seems like streamer andCall of Duty: Warzonefan Dr Disrespect does not approve of the event.
The Easter-themed mini event focuses on players searching Verdansk with the hope offinding an Easter basket. Making a distinct sound and being full of colorful eggs, these new crate designs can be found in areas where normal boxes are seen. This meant that it was only a matter of time before The Two Time found one of the sparkly baskets, though his reaction to finding them did not exactly match with the usual, cheerful attitude seen around the holiday.

For several seconds, Dr Disrespect stared at the basket with a confused look on his face. Keeping the silence intact, the Doc opened the crate to find a golden egg, the item used to get one ofCall of Duty: Warzone’s easter egg blueprints. Annoyed by the silliness of the item, the streamer left the area and quickly told his audience that “nobody wants that, nobody.” He then went on to talk about “kids playing with their dads,” saying that the “6/7-year-old kids” do not have interest in an Easter event either.
While the event surely does have its audience, as it allows fans to get access to special blueprints likethe Firebrand Bruen MK9, it is clearly not for Dr Disrespect. A glitch tied to the Contraband contract did not help matters, either, as the Doc struggled when going to the extraction site to secure some money and a blueprint. The helicopter struggled to perform its task properly, with two bags from old deposits seen floating in the air at around 54 minutes into the stream. This led to Dr Disrespect looking even more confused about the event.
While part of the issue is clearly The Two Time believing the event is too childish for the game, a bigger problem is that the streamer would likely prefer to see real issues addressed instead. Dr Disrespect recentlydeletedCall of Duty: Warzonedue to a number of issues that he has with the game. Poor solo mechanics, vehicle hitboxes, Gulag loadouts, zipline issues, and overpowered guns are just some of the internet influencer’s biggest complaints about the the game, with each being addressed live on-stream in recent weeks.
With Dr Disrespect recentlyraging over the invisible Roze skinas well, it is easy to understand why he was bothered by the event. While new content and special items are fun and necessary for a game likeCall of Duty: Warzone, Dr Disrespect clearly feels that there are several issues which should be prioritized instead.
Call of Duty: Warzoneis available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
