While exploring the multiple Biomes ofDisney Dreamlight Valley, without a doubt, players will stumble upon various Foraging materials. While they vary from digging items to wood laying on the ground, the most common material is flowers.
According toDisney Dreamlight Valley,Orange Houseleekis a self-sustaining flower that doesn’t require much water and care. Dreamers may use it to craft items at the Crafting Station or feed it to a certain Critter.

Where To Find Orange Houseleek In Disney Dreamlight Valley
Orange Houseleek isa type of flower inDisney Dreamlight Valleythat can only be found in theSunlit Plateau. Unlike certain Foraging materials that are located in multiple Biomes, Dreamers will suffer while locating Orange Houseleek as it only grows in a specific Biome.
The flower is widely spread around the area and players might feel restricted since a good chunk of Sunlit Plateau is blocked. Therefore, until they figure out how to remove the bones, Dreamers can only collect Orange Houseleek from one side of the Sunlit Plateau.
How To Unlock Sunlit Plateau
Sadly for players, Sunlit Plateau costs 7,000 Dreamlight which is not an easy amount to collect since most Dreamlight Duties grant around 15 to 250 Dreamlight. On the bright side, players willunlock Scar as a resident in theDisney Dreamlight Valleyas well as new ingredients for cooking upon fixing the Goofy’s Stall.
The Biome can be accessed from the Plaza and the Forgotten Lands. Considering the latter costs 15,000 Dreamlight while the former is free, players are better off unlocking the Biome from the Plaza. However, keep in mind that accessing the location from Forgotten Lands can lead to the blocked part of the Sunlit Plateau.
Where To Use Orange Houseleek In Disney Dreamlight Valley
Although players can currently create only one item using Orange Houseleek at the Crafting Station inDisney Dreamlight Valley, the flower has another use that will make the journey entertaining and enjoyable. The available item is:
Passion Lily and Houseleek Pot
Materials-wise, one Flower Pot requires two Soil andsix Clay inDisney Dreamlight Valley, while White Passion Lily can be harvested from the Frosted Heights. This area is a bit hard to access since Dreamers must first unlock the Forest of Valor to reach the cold Biome.
As for the other use of the Orange Houseleek, it’s possible to gift the flower to a friend if it’s part of their favorite items of the dayoroffer the Foraging material to a Critter to gain its trust and make it a companion.
One particularCritter seems to enjoy the Orange Houseleekand it’s the Golden Sunbird. As for the other types like Emerald Sunbirds, Red Sunbirds, and Turquoise Sunbirds, Dreamers can offer the flower to gain a few Friendship EXP but keep in mind that Orange Houseleek is not these Critters’ favorites.
