Gameloft has released a December 16 update forDisney Dreamlight Valleywhich includes several bug fixes largely pertaining to the Missions in Uncharted Space quest line.Disney Dreamlight Valleycontinues to get updated in early access as developers at Gameloft are expanding on the foundations in order to prepare for a full launch in the future which may be void of bugs thanks to all the fan feedback ahead of time.Disney Dreamlight Valleyhas confirmed on Twitter that today’s bug fixes may take up to two hours to deploy to each device that has the game installed as it rolls out. According to the patch notes, the quest called A Deal With Ursula will now allow players to complete it by placing four crystals on a pedestal, and The Illumination can similarly be finished by placing a blanket fort in the house. Unlike these two quests,Disney Dreamlight Valleydevelopers continue to monitor issues surrounding the objective Restoring the Sunstone which they note as a persistent bug even beyond the December 16 patch.
The December 16Disney Dreamlight Valleyupdate provides a variety of stability and optimization improvements across the platforms that it’s available on, but the giant boba tea that some players were coming across have been taken away. Item spawns have been fixed for theToy Story-themed quest You’re My Favorite Deputyso that they don’t clip into nearby stationary objects or outside the map, while Buzz Lightyear’s house has become easier to exit after some adjustments. The Mystery of Stolen Socks with Donald Duck will letDisney Dreamlight Valleyfans proceed to the next stage of the quest after players successfully clear the trash in the area which is one of the hiccups that fans have reported.
As manyDisney Dreamlight Valleyplayers expressed their enthusiasm for the fixes to general gameplay and theMissions in Uncharted SpaceToy Storyquestline, some pointed to technical performance issues suffered on their platforms. Because several fixes included in the December 16 patch are based on fan feedback, manyDisney Dreamlight Valleyplayers also utilized the opportunity to show developers their own problems inhibiting their gameplay.
