How to Learn the Best Fish Forever Recipe
Early in their journey on Eternity Isle, players encounter a quest given bythe villainous Jafar, which requires them to investigate a “pesky metal nuisance” hindering access to the coveted Royal Hourglass. This starts the quest“A Flying Metal Nuisance.”After a short walk back to The Docks, players soon discover that the nuisance Jafar is referring to is actually the robot EVE fromWALL-E, one of the expansion’s new unlockable characters.
EVE is guarding the Hourglass on Eternity Isle under orders from The Ruler, whom playersdiscover in the game’s first actis, in fact, their own character. Unfortunately, they still face a challenge as EVE does not recognize them in this role and refuses to abandon her guard post. Therefore, the player needs to hatch a plan to regain the trust of the robot EVE before they can obtain this new tool.
Inside EVE’s nearby house, the player discovers a memory depicting EVE alongside someone or something dressed in amakeshift robot outfit. After heading to the location depicted in the memory, the player then discovers pieces of this outfit within a chest, which they must equip before returning to EVE. While EVE remains cautious, she starts to show signs of warming up to the player.

Caught via fishing in blue pools in Ancient’s Landing.
After acquiring the necessary ingredients, the player can use any cooking station or visit the kitchen in either of the Chez Remy locations to prepare the meal. Once the player has the dish of Best Fish Forever, they need to return to EVE. After giving her the prepared meal, she will happily relinquish her post, granting the player access to collect the Royal Hourglass and allowing them to progress in Jafar’s quest inDisney Dreamlight Valley.
