Releasing a debut trailer just a few days ago,65sees Adam Driver crash on Earth some 65 million years in the past, and he’s not alone in this prehistoric landscape.

Why Dino Crisis Fans Should Keep an Eye on 65
Thegeneral premise of65sees Adam Driver playing a spaceship pilot named Mills. After his transport ship is hit by an asteroid, Mills' ship crash lands on Earth, though he seems to have been transported 65 million years in the past. Only finding one other passenger still alive, Mills must survive for as long as he can until he can find a way back home - but that’s easier said than done, as he’s quickly surrounded by some hungry dinosaurs.
Though theDino Crisisseries doesn’t quite have the same plot as65, the two properties appear to share some similar set pieces and beats. The firstDino Crisissees players drop into a top-secret research facility on a remote island where they encounter some vicious dinosaurs. While most of the game takes place in this facility, players do end up exploring the jungles above the facility, where they similarly need to survive until they can find a way off the island.
ThefirstDino Crisissees dinosaurs brought to Earth through a rift in space, caused by an experiment gone wrong, and65also seems to have some kind of spacial anomaly responsible for why Adam Driver’s ship is mysteriously flung 65 million years into the past.Dino Crisis 2ups the ante, and sees players travel through time themselves in order to rescue displaced scientists. It’s a little too early to guess, but it’s possible that65ends with people coming to rescue Adam Driver similarly, using time distortion technology to take him back to his own time.
Dino Crisis 3also shares some similar traits of65. Being set in the year 2548,Dino Crisis 3sees players board a ship that’s been overrun by mutated, futuristic dinosaurs, and players receive an arsenal of high-tech weaponry to wipe them out. The film65also seems to boast some high-tech weaponry, with its debut trailer showing Adam Driver using a futuristic automatic weapon and some sort of gravity grenades.
The lastDino Crisisto release wasDino Crisis 3in 2003. It has been almost two decade since the lastDino Crisisgame came out, and fans are desperate for another entry in the dormant Capcom franchise. While Capcom may be reluctant to bring it back, at leastDino Crisisfans have other dinosaur content to chew onin the meantime, and it seems as though65could be a real hidden gem.
