Destiny 2is one of the most renowned live service games on the market, offering plenty of new stories and activities with each Season. These are all included inDestiny 2’s Season passes, which sparked quite a bit of controversy lately due to the pricing of The Witch Queen Deluxe Edition and the absence of Silver from the passes themselves. Still, simply owning the current Season pass allows players to delve into a set of weekly missions, each fully voiced by the actors that play the characters involved in the narrative.
Ever since Season of the Hunt, which was released alongside Beyond Light in November of last year, one ofDestiny 2’s most relevant characters has been the resurrected Uldren Sov - Crow. Uldren’s resurrection as a Guardian was teased a long time ago, and it didn’t come into play in terms of actual story content prior to the aforementioned Season of the Hunt, and it reached a climax in Season of the Lost. In fact, the Hunter ended up returning to the Dreaming City, where Uldren’s sister Mara resides, and where Crow confronted Savathun and got Uldren’s memories back as a result.

Uldren Sov’s evolution intoCrow and a potential Hunter Vanguard rolehas quickly made him a fan favorite forDestiny 2fans, especially for his wholesome relationship with his Ghost, Glint. WithDestiny 2being so big, many content creators and streamers regularly play it, and among them, the Twitch streamer Liv is particularly attached to Crow. Today, Liv shared an emotional tweet with which she announced she had received an anonymous email that contained an audio file from Crow’s voice actor.
The actor’s message is specifically addressed to the streamer, and he roleplays asCrow confiding in a friend after Savathun’s revelationcaused him to doubt everything he knows about himself due to Uldren’s actions. The message is a wonderful gift that Liv will likely cherish for a long time, and Crow asks her to keep supporting him as he goes through these hard times. Crow also emphasizes how much Glint cares for him, often checking on him to see how he is doing, hinting at the importance of the Ghost in Crow’s recovery.
This is not the first time thatDestiny 2community members received messages like this, withZavala’s voice actor Lance Reddick debriefing a player about their new childa few weeks ago.
