Call of Duty: Warzonehas taken its place in the battle royale genre. It can make for some exhilirating moments, as well as truly frustrating failures. It alsogives an advantage to PC players, along with other things that make it a mixed bag.
The biggest problems inCall of Duty: Warzoneright now are almost all glitches. Everything from slithering like a snake to flying choppers through the map has appeared at some point. It seems that for every glitch taken out of the game, two more appear. Worse, the glitches range from unhelpful to abusable, and are usually enough to ruin a match.

One glitch in particular has been discovered by multiple players, and enjoyed by none of them. Several players are getting stuck on the map, completely unable to move. To be clear, this is a seperate issue from the"stuck in a truck" glitch, which is localized to a single vehicle. This glitch can occur at multiple locations around the map, and only complete removal through death can fix it. At least in one case, a player revived simply remained stuck in the same spot.
The good news is that there seems to be a common element to this glitch that makes it easy to spot sticky spots. All the players who have sent video footage of the glitch have fallen into similar situations. Specifically, they have fallen into a narrow crevasse area, right between two objects. The space is too narrow for a player to fall through, causing them to get stuck in mid-air forever, unable to jump out. Instead of shooting straight up, like theWarzonetrampoline glitch, this one sees players descending, in one spot, continuously.
As shown by players like Drift0r, the narrow space can even be a seemingly wide gap between some rocks, with the floor in sight. Frequently, players wound up in these spots by sliding there down a steep surface and getting wedged between a wall and a tree, rock, or pipe. If this is indeed the cause, the glitch is particularly goofy, like a cartoon character getting stuck in a tiny crack. Despite this, it has just as much potential to ruin a game as theinvincibility glitch found back in May.
The glitch has been acknowledged by aWarzonedev, who said he would pass the info on to his team. Presumably a fix is coming, but until then, beware of narrow spaces. If the gas doesn’t get stuck players, odds areWarzone’s broken meleewill.
