Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold Warhas a massive update launching on February 25.Call of Duty: Black Cold War’sSeason 2 contentwill include new weapons like the crossbow, new multiplayer maps added to the game, and even new multiplayer modes with some story-related content.
According to a recent update,Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold Warwill add the Death Machine scorestreak, as well as a couple of new vehicles in the second season. Players can use the Death Machine to cut down enemies with ease, while driving the new trucks through enemies when possible. Both the weapon and the new vehicles will be added toCall of Duty: Black Ops Cold Warduring launch week with the rest of Season 2.

The Death Machine is a weapon fromthe originalBlack Opsgame, making a return in the series' latest sequel. It’s a handheld minigun that has the raw power to mow down enemies who find themselves in the user’s line of fire. According to the update, due to its sheer firepower, the Death Machine will be able to tear through any low-flying or grounded enemy scorestreaks and vehicles, too.
The Death Machine will be available in Zombies as a support weapon inthe new mode Outbreak, “Firebase Z,” and “Die Machine.” The two new vehicles will also be added to Zombies when Season 2 launches, specifically Outbreak. The first vehicle is the old but reliable Eastern Bloc Sedna that players can use for travel and combat. It will be big enough to pack in the whole squad while ramming through the zombie hordes.
The second vehicle is the Light Truck, a four-passenger off-road military truck that players can use for quick transportation. The vehicle lacks windows and a roof but players will be able to use these openings for firing on enemy zombies or even jumping off for quick escapes. Players can try out both of the new vehicles forZombies in Season 2next week.
Season 2 will also be adding a new set of Season Challenges to the game for players to complete. The Challenges include twenty Multiplayer Challenges added to bothCall of Duty: Black Ops Cold WarandWarzoneand twenty new Zombies Challenges. Once a Season Challenge is unlocked during this season, players can keep earning progress towards them in future seasons. This goes for any challenges unlocked in Season 1 before the next season launches. Players can look forward to the new vehicles and weapon scorestreak in Season 2.
