It’s actually rare to seesales on Nintendo games, but this Black Friday, major retailers will have some great discount on Switch games, as well as some bundle offers that are typical of the season. There are also a couple deals on accessories, notably thePokemon: Lets GoPokeball controller and some solid discounts on the normally expensive Joy-Cons.

While Nintendo isn’t offering anySwitch Lite dealson Black Friday, there will be console bundles available at Walmart, Best Buy, Target and more retailers. For $300, gamers can get a Switch Lite bundle with eitherMario Kart 8DeluxeorMinecraft. The best deal for a Switch is at Kohl’s, where they are selling Nintendo Switch bundle with carrying case, charging dock, and $90 Kohl’s Cash for $320.
At Walmart, some of the flagship Switch exclusives are down to $30, includingSuper Mario Odyssey, Breath of the Wild,andSplatoon 2. The recently released Switch version ofThe Witcher 3: Wild Huntis on sale for $45 at Best Buy. And now is absolutely the best time to buy new Joy-Cons. According to the Black Friday ads Amazon and Target have them down to $53.60 for Black Friday, lower than the $60 they are going for at other retailers on the shopping holiday.
Switch Console Deals
Deals on Nintendo’sSwitchconsole are still impossible to come by. But, like last year, the best time to get a new console is on Black Friday and around the holidays. This year, retailers are offering multiple Switch bundles with some of the most popular games of the generation. For those looking for a more budget friendly way to get their hands on a Nintendo machine, the Switch Lite starts at $199.99.

Switch Games Deals
Some of the best Nintendo games of all time are on Switch and many of them are on sale this Black Friday.The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the WildandSuper Mario Odysseyare exciting, innovative entries in some of the longest-running franchises in video game history. Both can be found for $30. For retro gamers looking for games that remind them of the SNES era,Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freezeis a fantastic throwback 2D platformer andOctopath Travelerwill surely rekindle that 16 bit JRPG nostalgia. Each of these are on sale for $40.

Switch Accessory Deals
Nintendo’s Joy-Con controllers are some of the most expensive on the market, generally retailing for $79.99. Amazon announced it would have Joy-Cons for 33% off this price tag, dropping the price to $53.60. If for some reason a Joy-Con purchased on Black Friday is experiencing controller drift, send it in to Nintendo. As that issue becomes more widespread, the manufacturer is willing to do free fixes and replacement.
