Ascensions are buffs that are unique to the various characters inGunfire Reborn, some of these Ascensions are passive boosts, and others are automatic effects that help the playable characters defeat their enemies in the game. However, Ascension only last until the current run is over at which they automatically reset to zero.

Players can find Ascension Goblets at the end of a stage or after a battle which can be used to upgrade Ascensions, these grades increase the effect of these buffs by replacing them with buffs of higher level. However, not all ascensions can be upgraded, depending on the character Ascensions can increase the damage dealt to enemies or increase the defensive capabilities of players inGunfire Reborn.
9Arcane Shot
Arcane Shot increases the weapon damage that Zi Xiao deals to the enemy depending on the number ofOccult Scrollsand Slots he has. The increased weapon damage varies for Normal, Rare, and Legendary Occult Scrolls and Arcane Shot is very effective with Fate Thread.
Players gain +10% weapon damage for every slot Zi Xiao has in level 1 and +15% weapon damage for level 2. At both levels, every Cursed Scroll grants players a random bonus, while at level 3 all Occult Scrolls receive equal bonuses.
8No Escape
This Ascension allows Tao to deal increased damage to enemies that have been tagged by Fatal Bloom and summoned swords automatically hone in on enemies that were marked. It guarantees a sure hit on the enemies meaning they cannot run fromTao’s attacks.

No Escape increases the damage to marked enemies by +20%, this Ascension helps the hero to mark and target enemies to keep them at bay or enemies that can be challenging to defeat. No Escape can reach its full potential when used with other Ascensions to deal substantial damage to enemies.
7Fully Equipped
Qing Yanis able to restore a certain amount of his armor for each enemy hit during the period the Fully Equipped Ascension is active. This boosts the defensive attribute of this hero allowing making it difficult to kill the hero. Qing Yan’s weapon and skill damage temporarily increases for a short period of time.
Players can restore 1 point of armor, and they also gain +75% weapon and skill damage for 6 seconds in level 1, while the second level grants players +100% weapon and skill damage for 6 seconds, and they can restore up to 2 points of armor.
6Energetic Spirit
This Ascension grants the hero Li,the highest amount of energy he can amass at any point in time and another perk of this buff is that it increases the energy recovery rate with time. It is an upgradeable Ascension that has three different levels.
Level 1 grants Li +60 max energy and +50% energy recovery speed while level 2 doubles that by granting the hero +100% energy recovery speed and +120 max energy. The highest tier of Energetic Spirit increases the damage bonus of Spiritual Flame and grants Li +120 max energy.
5Magical Supply
Magical Supply allows players to regain the ammunition they spent if they strike and kill the enemy with the Fatal Current skill. Also, players can chain Fatal Current attacks when they kill the enemy with this attack however the duration of Fatal Current reduces with every new strike in the chain.

This Ascension allows Lei Luo to continuously attack, damage and kill enemies with devastating strikes. Players can cause more damage to enemies by combining this Ascension with Thunder Nemesis which causes thunderbolts to strike and damage enemies every time a player activates Fatal Current.
4Concentrated Essence
Concentrated Essence is an attack buff that temporarily increases the weapon levels ofXing Zhewhen he strikes enemies with Essence Chain. It also increases the duration of the Essence Chain for a short period of time and using Essence Chain in combination with other weapons improves their effectiveness.
Level 1 increases the weapon levels by +3 and increases the Essence Chain duration by +2 seconds and upgrading to level 2 doubles the effects of level 1 Concentrated Essence. Level 3 comes with a bonus that grants +1 weapon level for every enemy hit with the same Essence Chain.
3Sustained Fire
Ao Bai can temporarily inflict increased damage upon enemies for a short while after he kills an enemy or destroys an item using this Ascension. Sustained Fire increases weapon damage and Explosive grenade damage, this allowsAo Baito kill more enemies easily which keeps the bonus active.
Players can upgrade Sustained Fire from level 1 which increases weapon damage and explosion damage by +50% for 6 seconds to deal increased damage to enemies by +75% for 6 seconds in level 2. The third level increases weapon and explosion damage by +100% for 20 seconds which allows Ao Bai to deal devastating damage to enemies.
2Eagle Eye
Eagle Eye increases the precision of Nona’s attacks making it very challenging for the enemy to evade the attacks. It also increases the weapon damage and skill damage players can deal to the enemy by up to +50% and performing Critical hits on the enemy.

Eagle Eye ensures that a critical hit attack will stack a guaranteed critical hit when the player’s shot fails to hit a weak spot when Nona uses a pistol. Players can also stack up to 10 critical hit shots during which their weapon and skill damage is +50%.
1Unbearable Hurtle
Qian Sui is nearly invincible when using the Unbearable Hurtle, this Ascension increases and multiplies the damage dealt to enemies while ensuring the hit enemies cannot deal any serious damage to Qian Sui. This Ascension increases both the attack and defense abilities of the hero Qian Sui.
The effect of Unbearable Hurtle lasts for 5 seconds and the enemy’s attack damage is reduced by -30% while they receive +30% damage in level 1. Their attack damage reduces by -50% and -80 at the same time players deal +60% and +100% damage respectively in levels 2 and 3.
