EN Load is a stat that players will constantly see while equipping parts. This stat will dictate the loadout of every AC that the player creates. Current EN Load is the ever-present bar below the regular load meter.EN Load is how much energy the AC needs to power its current equipment.The machine’s limit will always be the small arrow over the EN Load meter.Going over this limit will cause EN Shortfall.The AC cannot be launched in this state as there is not enough energy to power it.The only way to increase EN Load is by equipping a generator with higher EN output.This will slow down the AC, but it will be able to launch. Every part and weapon has EN requirements.Take note of this when building an AC.
The other Load that players have to manage is strictly weight-based. Players can think of it likeequip load in the Soulsbourne series.Heavier parts and weapons will weigh more. This will slow the AC down.Players can equip sturdier legs to increase the load limit.The AC will become overburdened if the load limit is exceeded.
Arms Load Limit is how much the AC’s arms can physically carry. Lighter weapons will be more accurate and the reticule will stay on target. Heavier weapons will also have recoil causing the AC to stop movement when firing.Weapons will become inaccurate if the arms are overburdened.
Weight Control OS Tuning
Exceeding the Load Limit will overburden the AC and it will not be able to launch.Players can work around this by purchasing Weight Control in OS Tuning.OS Tuning is where fans can purchase upgradesusing OST Chips from the arena. Equipping weight control will allow the player to use an Overburdened AC.While on a mission press left on the d-pad and the corresponding weapons button to purge them.This can be useful for players using lighter builds. It’s possible to equip heavy weapons on a light AC and drop them when they are no longer needed. Tinker with AC builds to make the perfect fighting machine.
