Yukina, Hiei’s youngerfraternal twin sister, is a member of the all-female demon race known as Ice Apparitions. Unlike other members of her race, Yukina is polite and kind-hearted, having sentiments for nature. She is described as naive, specifically concerning her relationship with Kuwabara.
However, despite her soft-spoken demeanor, Yukina is capable of ice abilities as an Ice apparition herself. She is capable of Ice manipulation, as shown when she is kidnapped by Tarukune, where she freezes the room whenever her crystal tears are collected. Mizore is one of the main protagonists of theRosario + Vampireseries and a descendant of the Snow Fairies, also known as the Yokai-Onna. Attracted to the series' other protagonist, Tsukune, Mizore isobsessed with stalking him.
As a Yokai-Onna, Mizore possesses all the ice powers inherent in their race, as she is a cryokinetic capable of withstanding even the coldest of environments and even creating ice clones. Mother to Ultear Milkovich and the teacher to two of the most potent ice users in theFairy Tailseries, Gray Fullbuster and Lyon Vastia. Described as humble and a doting mother to her daughter, Ur practiced Molding Magic: Ice-Make due to her mastery of Ice magic, which made her a master of defensive and offensive attacks.
Due to her immense magical power, she was considered the strongest mage of her country and would easily have received the title of Wizard Saint even in her death.
15Shiba Miyuki – The Irregular At Magic High School
Shiba Miyuki is the sister of the main protagonist of The Irregular at Magic High School series. However, in one of the series’ spin-offs, she was portrayed as the protagonist. Either way, Shiba is a central character in the anime, possessing a gentle demeanor and incredible magical abilities.
Right from the series, Shiba displayed her astounding talents for magic, which can be seen in most of her magic-driven techniques. Miyuki is capable of producing dry ice from liquid nitrogen, an admirable feat in the world of The Irregular Magic High School.
